Quotation-based service
TuningTechnics operates a quotation-based service. After you submit an ECU file we review it and email you a quotation with a price and turnaround estimate. No payment is taken before you accept the quotation. Work only begins after payment has been received.
Refund eligibility
Because ECU calibration services involve manual labour and digital file delivery, refunds may not be available once calibration work has begun. If an order cannot be completed for any reason, TuningTechnics may issue a refund at its sole discretion.
How to request a refund
Email contact@tuningtechnics.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. In many cases we can iterate on the calibration at no extra charge before you decide whether a refund is the right outcome.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method agreed for the order. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.
