- Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number.
- Vehicle data: make, model, generation, year, transmission, ECU type, engine code.
- Order data: services requested, notes, uploaded ECU files, completed calibration files.
- Transaction data: order number, payment status, invoice references, currency and amounts associated with accepted quotations.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, log data, basic analytics.
- Support correspondence: messages you send to us.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (preparing and delivering your calibration, managing orders) — performance of a contract.
- Quotation, invoicing and tax — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
- Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection — legitimate interests.

Uploaded ECU files and completed calibration files are retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable archival period, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, private file storage and signed URLs, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
