This Audi TT has been part of the TuningTechnics journey for years and represents the continuous development philosophy behind every calibration we produce.
The car originally started life on a completely stock BAM engine running a TTE K04-023 Hybrid turbocharger. As the project evolved, the engine was fully rebuilt while retaining the same hybrid setup before making the final transition to a Pulsar G25-550 turbocharger.
Every stage of the project has been completed and calibrated by TuningTechnics. From the engine build and ECU calibration to the complete methanol injection wiring, electronic boost control, and supporting electrical systems, every aspect of the vehicle has been developed in-house.
The current setup produced 453 HP and 519 Nm while running 1.9 bar of boost during dyno testing in 33°C ambient temperatures in Cyprus. Considering the extreme heat, the results demonstrate the efficiency of the overall package and the consistency of the calibration.
Rather than chasing peak dyno figures, the focus of this build has always been on drivability, reliability and repeatable performance. Each evolution has been datalogged, refined and validated on both road and dyno, ensuring every hardware upgrade is matched with an ECU calibration specifically developed for the combination.
